    BEYOND THE DISK.
    The visuals of the game are simply beautiful. The engine and the animation are just so good, the enemies are a joy to look at and show off the light and dark soul of the game, and its hand-drawn animation is really something to marvel at.
    The art style of the game is a mix between dark, medieval, and retro, with a sense of nostalgia and hope that the Elden Ring can come to light. The game’s art shines more brightly in the opening of the game, where you travel between Edran and Valinor. The art is very dark, and on the whole, very dark and medieval in spirit, with a strange mix of medieval elements with weapons that look like they belonged in a Harry Potter movie. The animations of the enemies (both the different designs and the different animations, especially during combat) really made me feel like I was immersed in the game, especially when you encounter enemies on the battlefield.
    I don’t have words to describe how good the animations of the bosses look. The single fight against Geistram, the leader of Ur, is simply incredible, and I get chills when I hear his final roar.     In terms of my thoughts of the actual gameplay, I feel that most of the game is really just walking around, and making small quests to deliver and fight against other enemies, with some fast, fluid battles thrown in to spice things up.
