“We are thrilled and honored to be chosen as the host for the B-RIDES. We are really excited to give this opportunity to youths who are passionate about motor sports,” said Lautaro “Chito” Paredes, the race director for the Grand Prix.
He also added that the race would be a venue for the youth of the Philippines to show off their talents in racing.
The B-RIDES is also the first time that the FIA Formula Student Philippines (FSP) will be having a Formula Student Grand Prix in the country.
“This is a great moment for the Philippines as we’re the first hosting country for the B-RIDES, where we offer a great opportunity to the Filipino youth who are passionate about racing in their country and show their skills. With this platform, we hope to inspire the youth to continue and enhance their skills in motor sports,” added Paredes.
