Let’s start by opening a picture in Photoshop Elements.
Step 1: Open a Picture
Open the file you want to edit in Photoshop Elements.
Go to File > Open or press CTRL+O.
Step 2: Edit the Picture
The first thing you need to do is remove the background and divide the picture into layers. This way you can keep the layers separate when creating new images.
Layers
A picture is made up of many layers that are organized into groups. The main purpose of the layers are to organize the picture. When you edit a picture, you can manipulate the layers to create new images.
To create a new image, you must add new layers to your picture.
Step 3: Delete Background
