I want to implement a visual feed like feed of restaurants nearby my location. If a user clicks on a restaurant, then I want to mark it as selected, so it sticks to the top of the map. I know how to do this with MKMapItem’s setUserTrackingMode. But I want to show more than one annotation as the marker. I don’t want to have to click the map button again to show one more. I just want to check if the annotation in question is selected, and if it is, then add it to a dictionary, so it’s visible the next time the user selects one.
How can I accomplish this?
I know there is something like lastFetchedAnnotations in MKMapItemDelegate.m, but I don’t know how to call it.
